Death of Ralph Winter

It was sad to learn of the death of Dr Ralph Winter on 20th May at the age of 84. He was the former director of United States Centre of World Mission in Pasadena. His contribution has been immense, especially in profiling the needs of the unreached people groups and the creation of the Perspectives on the World Christian Movement course which has seen the recent release of the 4th edition of the reader since 1981. Thanks to his endeavour many workers have selected an unreached people group and responded to the challenge. The 'adopt a people group' program continues today but I believe that interest is waning which concerns me. Why I wonder? There are a number of factors contributing such as people blindness (feeling that as a country is reached all people groups are covered). What do you think is the best way to address and overcome these factors? The Joshua Project website still exists if you want to find out more.
